When it was 1st fitted we weren't very pleased because there had been some mistake with one of the passwords we were given but later that day I rang to get some guidance and a man with the name TUX, not sure if his name is spelt like that, he was so very very helpful and spent a lot of time with me to resolve the problem and he also had a lovely manor and personality not to mention patience with me as I am a bit rubbish with following instructions.
He deserved a medal.

Had new fibre installed recently. Communication was excellent when an issue with the street ducting arose, and rescheduling the installation was handled swiftly. The installer was polite and attentive to the installation route, providing useful information about the router connection.
The technician came out today to install our Wi-Fi. The customer service was exceptional; he called to inform me he might be late. After I mentioned no one would be home after a certain time, he rearranged his appointments to arrive at my home within 10 minutes! Wonderful service, very polite and professional. Highly recommend!
