First of all, I want to make sure that I am not complaining about your team’s support. I had exchanged emails with your team 21 times without success. The issue was that I could ring without sound transmission after connection. We finally gave up and got Rebtel which worked all right. Yolla obviously have system problems with my iPhone 14. Is software update available? Again, your team member’s effort was great. The software is so poor.

I signed for this service to call my mother in Russia on the land line. When I couldn't connect to the phone number I messaged to customer service and received an answer with some suggestions straight away.I was very grateful for a such quick response. Everything is working so far.
I was a brand new Customer/Subscriber to Yolla in May of 2025, and after the first month of having a subscription for 200 minutes of calls to the United States, my subscription seemed to have vanished, and I wondered why it hadn't renewed for the month of June. I contacted Customer Support, and was always greeted politely and with a sense that they were eager to assist and problem-solve. Eventually, after sending CS a screenshot of how I was unable to click on a link to view my subscription or further subscription options--so that I could re-subscribe--CS looked into the glitch, corrected it, informed me that I could proceed, and even gave me a small credit for the inconvenience! I was so pleased with the result, as well as the overall CS experience. The problem was resolved quickly, and CS kept in contact with me throughout the process. Many thanks!
