I recently picked up a Tracer 9 GT+ (74 plate, 4600 miles) from Jason and the team. To be honest, I was pretty nervous about dropping that much money on a bike I’d only seen in videos and photos, but when I arrived, the bike was absolutely mint—exactly as described.The real test of a dealership isn't when things go right, but when they go wrong. On the ride home in some heavy rain, a fault light popped up. It turned out to be a short circuit on the O2 sensor. I called Jason, and even though we weren't sure what the issue was yet, he didn't hesitate. He arranged to collect the bike and get it sorted.Jason kept me in the loop the whole time—letting me know when the bike arrived, what they found, and when the new part was fitted. The best bit? He had it back to me in days, not weeks. Being without a bike for ages was my biggest worry, but they handled it so fast. I’ve done 150 miles since then and it’s running perfect.It’s rare to be surprised by good service these days, but Jason and his team really go to the next level. Jason even helped me out with questions well after the showroom closed at 17:30. If you’re near York and need a bike or a repair, don’t look anywhere else.Very, very highly recommended.
We have just received our Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 from York Motorbikes. We purchased this without seeing it in person. Jason provided a 'walk-round' video of the bike and explained every requested detail. Although we have never met he came across as such a trustworthy guy, we were not mistaken, the bike arrived and it was exactly as described (if not even better!). He also arranged the delivery over the weekend at a very reasonable cost considering we are over 240 miles from York. We are delighted with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Definitely a 5 star company. Thank you Jason!
