I recently purchased LED lights for my motorcycle from XKGlow, and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. When I received the kit, I noticed that one side wasn’t working correctly. I called to explain the issue, and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and professional. They immediately sent me a replacement kit, which arrived within a few days—just in time for me to set up and ride to an event with my fellow bikers. The lights look amazing, and the quick resolution made all the difference. Highly recommend XKGlow for their great products and outstanding support!
Purchased used Harley with product installed by previous owner. Watched videos and downloaded app. At 73, slightly confused. Called company. Gentleman was very helpful and guided me in right direction. Extremely nice and helpful, particularly considering I didn't nor was purchasing anything. Very impressed with customer service! Most companies forget you when you walk out the door. Also, unlike some customer service reps, he spoke great English. Lol
To start, shipping took over 2 week, Yes to there defense this is one of the busiest times of year for the post office. But the most senseless part of this experience is they decided to ship my lights in a bag. My item arrived all destroyed with holes and crushed, I was so fed up with this whole transaction that I just told them to send me a return label. Customer service wasn't great also, when I told them my item arrived damaged and questioned them about why would you ship everything in a bag instead of a box no reply just sent me over the return label. Definitely disappointed with this company and wouldn't consider doing business with them anymore.Just wanted to let it be known that I'm disappointed on how you guy's packaged the item so carelessly. Not the fact that USPS transit time was horrible. The box you claim the lights where in is a very weak material and not shipping material worthy. There was no protection if the item got stepped on or thrown around or dropped. I also provided pictures of the condition everything arrived in and it's obvious that everything I stated above happened to that box. Besides the fact the box had a huge hole in it as well.
Installed the tailgate lights under my Ram 1500 and they look great but was getting an lightbulb out code on dash. Everything was wired correctly. I needed help getting the code taken care of and the service team was prompt with a response and solution.
I have heard great things about this company, seen the results of there amazing LED's in person, and much more. I even currently own a few of there products, but one recent purchase may change my mind on all of that. Recently purchased there Underglow and Interior LED kit, but im almost positive I received a faulty controller to go with it. As the instructions state to test everything before installation I preceded to do so. ( and everything worked fine including the controller) but once I get a few strips installed and re-connect the controller to the main battery, it doesn't power on. I didn't mishandle it, or drop it, etc. it literally went from my engine bay to a table and back. and within those movements it stopped. Being that they advertise these controllers to be waterproof (which it also was not exposed to) I would find it hard to believe that any moisture in the air was the issue. So how does it go from working to not? Faulty product is the conclusion I came up with. Which brings me to this, why did I pay over $300 for a kit only to receive faulty equipment? A question im still trying to figure out. I sent up an email regarding this issue and am awaiting a reply. I have ran into this issue before with the micro controller for one of there headlights but decided to pay out of pocket to replace that one. I will not do the same for this as it was not even installed long enough for me to have caused any substantial harm to it.
Like the lights, however for the $ I paid for them plus the installation costs, I expected them to work as advertised. One thing I was looking forward to was having them flash to my music. However, even though I’m an Apple Music subscriber and pay for the service, the XK app won’t let me add any songs to it. so I can use the music feature. I keep getting error messages and something telling me I need to upgrade to iTunes Match?!?! Why should I have to pay even MORE per month just so the lights will work with the music I already have and already paid for?!?! Disappointing. Suggestions? My email is TMichelleMD at ME dot com
