There was a small issue with my order, but the customer service team was great. They responded quickly and sorted things out right away. The quality of items is good & at a great price, and the website was easy to order from. Happy to recommend them.
Slowest shopping experience ever! I thought they would pick the order from the store for collection but it actually gets sent from a warehouse regardless of if the items are in store on the shelves or not. Surely it makes sense to fulfil the order from stock on the shelves to satisfy current orders and replenish from the warehouse?
