Review Time
Delivered in good time. However, I ordered 3 of this item expecting them to all be a similar colour & quality of wood. Unfortunately, 2 were the same, but the 3rd a rougher quality & different colour. I appreciate they're a natural product, but I'd expected a better match. They are also more flimsy than I expected.
I was able to find ( after a lot of looking ) exactly what I wanted at a very affordable price , the checkout was quick and easy and delivery was great. My item was perfect and well packaged.Thank you for your excellent service and excellent delivery, very happy.
First order of 5 ceramic mixing bowls arrived and all were smashed. They were inadequately packaged and protected. I reached out and, after several emails, replacements were sent to me. Second time there was a lot more bubble wrap around the bowls, but inadequate layers between the stacked bowls, so two of them arrived badly chipped this time. I haven't yet had a response from Customer Service, but they did send an email inviting me to leave a review.I will keep my review updated.
