I ordered 3 pots and only received 2 usable pots

I ordered 3 pots, and I received only 2 complete pots; the 3rd pot was missing its base, so is unusable. So I pay for 3 pots, but I only get 2. Not a great experience! Clearly a problem with poor quality control in the packing/ dispatch department. On the positive side, the pots were well packaged and arrived undamaged.
