First time a heard of Yorkshire trading see they were good company as me older lady have to be care full on line but great light up deer and stickers were fab as they sell lots of things will be buying again just what I was looking for great standed very happy
I cannot fault Yorkshire trading at all, I got some high end paints for around a third of the cost elsewhere! Dispatch and delivery where both fast, I was a little worried about having paint delivered but they arrived well packaged in bags and box's. I will definitely be using them again!
Dreadful customer service . YTC use Evri as their courier no doubt choosing the cheapest option regardless of customer satisfaction . When things go wrong (as 1 in 3 parcels do with Evri in this area ) YTC are no help whatsoever . Their tracking sends you to Rydale clothing part of their group who cannot trace your order because you did not order from them ! Complaints are merely returned to your in box . I have requested a refund and eventually received a reply informing me a refund will be issued in 10 days once I have returned the goods ??? How I return goods which are lost in transit is a bit of a puzzle . Their customer service is abysmal as is their tracking and their choice of courier . Looking through reviews now I realise I should have done that before ordering from this company who have no interest in customer service whatsoever . Do not trust your money with these people .
