Review Time
I was misled into paying $9.99 for what I believed was a pet product. I have no prior knowledge of this company. When I attempted to cancel my questionable membership, the representative indicated that the $9.99 would be refunded if I left a positive review. This is not happening now. The entire situation feels like a scam.
I have ordered and paid for a parcel through a link I got on Facebook. The same day I recieved an e-mail saying that I had two days left on my free subscription. After that they would charge me every month for my subscription. I never wanted a subscription so I tried to cancel. The website was unavailable and the took the money for the parcel out of my account. Finally I was able to cancel the subsciption. I never recieved the parcel for which I paid for. They are scammers. Don't fall fall for it!!!
