I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about the service I’ve received from Anna. Buying a home can be an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process, but she has genuinely made it feel smooth, organised, and completely manageable from start to finish.
From day one, Anna has been patient, responsive, and consistently reassuring. No question has ever felt like too much trouble, and she’s always taken the time to explain things clearly, keep me updated, and make sure I felt supported at every step. That level of care really does make all the difference during such a big life event.
A perfect example of this was only yesterday, when I had an issue with the hot water. I messaged Anna expecting it might take a while to sort out, but she handled it immediately. Within an hour, someone was at the property fixing the problem. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it turned what could have been a major inconvenience into nothing more than a minor hiccup.
Having someone as proactive and reliable as Anna overseeing everything has taken a huge amount of pressure off me throughout the whole process. I’m genuinely grateful for the way she’s managed things — she’s made what could easily have been a stressful time feel straightforward and even enjoyable.
She’s an absolute credit to your company, and I felt it was important to recognise the outstanding service she’s provided.

From selecting the house in September 2024 to moving in at the end of Feb 2025 at Woolner Brook, Wigton we cannot praise the work of Julie Lamport enough. When buying and selling a house seems such a difficult transaction, Julie always kept in contact with us to help make the move a little easier. Once we moved in, Julie was always happy to help with any queries whether big or small and got the job done. Julie is excellent at what she does and it has been such a pleasure to get to know her.
Sharron and Donna were exemplary from start to finish. From the 1st phone call with Sharron to the viewing with Donna my wife and I were and remain very comfortable with the process.No heavy closing, just an understanding and empathetic ear. We looking forward to moving onto complete asap.Well done.
