Review Time
I’ve been a loyal customer to these guys for 3-4 years and I have many T-shirts from them and I never had any problem with them. I loved the quality of the print. Lately, many people I know had started complaining about them including my husband who had received just one T-shirt when he ordered 2. He fought and argued and finally got a refund after weeks of stress. He warned me not to order from them but since I’ve always had a smooth experience with them I didn’t listen. I ordered two T-shirts and received one. I emailed them and they gave me the run around for weeks until they finally gave me a tracking number…they did this to stall, they never handed over the parcel to the courier guy. Since the 27th of May till today, 8th of June, the parcel has not been handed over and I know this because I’ve contacted bluedart. This VASU guy keeps stalling and is refusing to give me a refund and keeps saying that the T-shirt will be printed within the next 3-5 business days and that has been the standard duration for weeks. Those 3-5 business days are just not reducing. He says the parcel must have been lost during the sorting process but we’re not fools!!! He says he cannot give me a refund due to company policies but the policies didn’t apply when my husband went through the same thing. SHAME ON THEM!
Worst possible experience with these guys. I should have read these reviews before ordering. Their express shipment is a scam!!!! I got my order later than what they claim is standard shipment time and I was delivered only a part of my order. The delivery was not delayed by courier, they dispatched the order itself late. The customer support is useless and will just end the chat when you raise a concern. If I could give a negative rating, I would do that for the amount of mental stress and unprofessional behaviour I had to put up with. Honestly ruined the whole experience.
I would like to give full marks to YourPrint, they did an amazing job delivering right product on-time and with great responses. I did not even call once to finalize anything, all happened just through text messages. I'm ordering more personalized Caps and other products soon!
Worst experience. I ordered caps on 7th May as i had maternity shoot on 10th May and they told pay 99 extra and get it on 9th May. This people scam money from you telling express delivery and all but they don't give on the date promised. It's only shown on website to take money from customer. When I tried to cancel the order they tell you it's in printing stage you cannot cancel and cannot refund also. Its a perfect scam
