Warning: Had a poor experience with your print.in. Paid for express delivery, but no updates from the team and product not delivered. Customer support unresponsive. Considering the charges, service was subpar. Advising others to exercise caution. Will file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline.
I ordered customized goodies on February 2025 and never received it because of their pathetic logistics service. Their customer services are pathetic and I was fed lies, till this day. They said they will will reship my order, but they didn't. I received a partial refund one day, when I confronted, they promised they are going to reship. But, guess what they didn't. My order status is completed now. It was my hard earned money and I can't believe I trusted their stupid website. They are very good at manipulating and looting money. Thanks YourPrint for teaching me a lesson that humanity never excisted.
No change in order status on site. When contacted 1st time was informed there was a quality issue with the product and a replacement item would be shipped in 3 days maximum. Then, no further updates were provided on the status. When contacted again mentioned it's delayed and would be shipped in another week or so.They are also not initiating a refund when requested for the same, saying that the order has been sent for printing. (The same status has been shown for the past 2 weeks without any print happening)A standardized email reply is sent when a query is raised. Sorry for the delay. Item sent for printing. Will be shipped sometime next week.Rather, receive a full refund of the amount paid.For anyone planning on ordering on this site Beware, In case you must order, never opt for prepaid, only opt for Cash on delivery or if not available try any other site.At least you won't lose your amount,
If only there was a 0 rating possible, they just wanish after taking money. No helpful response on whatsapp or email, just lies after lies unwilling to really help customer or allow cancellation. For custom products no respect for time sensitivity.
One of the worst product and services from yourprint, do not order anything from these guys. I ordered custom printed courier bags from them - big mistake. They took for ever to ship them to me and then the product and print quality was pathetic. Please stay away from these guys.
