Pathetic company - dispatches items in 3 different shipments but informs the customer of only one tracking ID, and conveniently marks the order on their page as delivered when in reality the customer has received only 30% of the items ordered.I faced this issue and as a customer it was shocking when I opened my package and saw only a few of the items I ordered. Then I had to reach out on their whatsapp (which is TERRIBLY INEFFICIENT if I may add) and then they pinged me the other tracking ID's. Why not just be transparent and show this in the app/portal instead of making the customer go through this hassle? I did not like the experience and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered visiting cards from yourPrint (Order #2468867) hoping for a professional result, but the experience turned out extremely disappointing.✔ I placed my order on 8th November.✔ Delivery was promised for 14th November.❌ Actual delivery happened on 22nd November — 8 days late.And when I finally received the product:❌ Back side was printed completely upside down❌ Print quality was blurry and pixelated, even basic GST details unreadable❌ The alignment was visibly tilted on one side❌ Even after confirming the preview on WhatsApp as “correct”, they delivered a wrong print❌ I contacted support with video and proofs — no reply at allThis is not just poor service, this is a total disregard for customers.Because of this:My professional work sufferedI am now pursuing legal and consumer actionsI genuinely regret choosing this service and strongly advise others to think twice before placing any order here.---
Ordered a customised diary. TAT was around 8 days. Didn't get the product. When I checked, they said it has gone for reprinting as it didn't pass quality check. I asked for a refund. They didn't respond. I kept checking. But, they don't respond to calls. For a message on WhatsApp, it takes 24 hours for them to respond (the way they want). They email the same customised message every time you ask anything. After one month, they delivered the gift I ordered with a photo (print out) pasted on the diary with a local glue. The diary was substandard too. Anyone with basic intelligence can do a better job than them. Extremely disappointed.
Pathetic service, never purchase from here. I would like to start of this review by mentioning my entire experience with this company in details. I placed An order on 4th October for a customised white tshirt, after 7 days i received my parcel with the completely wrong product, as attached below. I understand Mistakes happen, but the process that i had To go through to get the right product i am entitled to, was ridiculous. First of all they have no customer service number, they have a number which is linked to WhatsApp but you cannot call on the same. I sent them a WhatsApp , Instagram message and email, which they didn’t revert to for 24 hours. They eventually responded with automated messages. They mentioned they will replace the item but unfortunately i required the product for an event on 15th October. When they reverted back it was 10th October. They told me they will ship the item in 5-9 business days, which is totally unacceptable as people order customised products for specific occasions and not getting the product on time destroys the purpose of purchase. Countless email, messages, instagram DMS they did not respond to any to cancel the product. As per their policy, items can be canceller before shipping. The product was NOT shipped so i was entitled to cancel it. They ignored my message, i started commenting on their posts on Instagram and they deleted my comments stating their pathetic service. It is 15th October, i have Not received my product. It’s a total waste now. Horrible pathetic service. Purchase from vista print instead.
