No accountability, working in a very unprofessional manner, read some other reviews, where yourPrint is playing the same tact, calling and informing they dont have product. charging additional for express delivery and unable to deliver in time. Infact I ordered for 3 products and have received only two. when I enquired, a casual reply popped on whatsapp it might take another 3 days. Despite the delivery is already delayed by a week.
I received my order before the EDD, quite happy. The Polo T shirt quality is too good and custom logo print is as per given design, loved it. Can't wait to place my future orders. Overall, i see processing time is too long which can be improved much better, whatsapp support is prompt, need to widen your services reach to larger masses.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They pretended to ship the product and it never came. 30 days post, they have apologized for my inconvenience maybe 7 times, faked that product has been shipped. It was over 50k of order. It is now end of October and have not yet received the order post 60+ days and the customer service person does not respond!!! I have lost my money in this scam of a website
