Still no refund after two weeks!

Sent back two parcels to Yours Clothing over two weeks ago. Still no sign of returns to my acct. Have emailed them 3 times and they haven't got back. Bought on Klarna so they want details of return. There's no phone number to contact and no way to get in touch other than email (they don't reply) I'm fuming!UPDATE.... Still waiting!So 4 days ago you messaged me and still no reply. I have the two labels I downloaded. There is no way of getting in touch with you. I am so frustrated?!!!! Please look into this matter for me???When, when will you get back to me!!!!UPDATE So 8th Nov they said they'd get back to me??? It's now 22nd Nov and I've heard nothing from them?????

Part Refund

I returned 3 mens Badrhino Shirts recently , one beacuse it didnt fit right and the other two because the items were faulty due to be badly made.. I got refund for the badly fitting shirt and 1 other faulty items. When I changed them on why I didnt get the refund for the other Faulty shirt I was told that the returns warehouse said it had been washed, therefore they will not refund and I have to pay £3.99 to have there shirt returned to me.. I agued that the shirt was not washed and that the could only smell aftershave as my husband had put it on towear it out butter buttons kept popping open only to inspection and realise that the buttonholes where badly made.. after couple of email exchanges explaining to them that under the consumer act 2015 I have a right to my money back as the item was faulty I was given a refno. Saying that the warehouse manager would deal with it. Despite trying to contact via email, phone and chat since they have blanked me completely and seem to be refusing to refund me ... I will never buy from them again... my suggestion is if you customer service give you a ref. No. Then please follow it up .. obviously customer service is not on Badrhine or Yours clothing's agenda

Cancelled order – urgent refund

I cancelled my order and received confirmation on 3 October 2025. However, the Klarna payment has still not been cancelled. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no response.Requesting this issue be resolved promptly.

Customer service awful

Ordered shoes and a t shirt. Parcel arrived already opened and shoes missing. Yours investigated but decided I was lying and are not prepared to send me a replacement pair of shoes. Not happy with their customer service.

Good range, quick delivery but quality variable

Good range of styles and sizes. Express delivery was reasonably priced. Quality is a bit variable, some items deteriorated a lot after a single wash
