I placed an order on 7/12 and paid for next day delivery, yet I still have not received it. The company refunded my postage, but I'm still left waiting. This situation is unacceptable, and now I find myself on the phone trying to reach someone, resulting in more unnecessary expenses.
I paid £5.99 for "Guaranteed Next Day delivery," but it arrived two days late. I emailed the support team twice since then with no response, so I left a message on social media requesting a refund for the delivery fee. The only reply I received was to wait longer for a response. When I asked for a timeline, I got no reply. The service has been quite disappointing, and I still have not received a refund for the delivery I didn’t get.

Great products, but the delivery service is lacking. The courier never brings my parcels directly to my home; they are often left at a neighbor's gate or abandoned on the grass verge far from my house. This makes me hesitant to order again.

I received a generic response reiterating what I already knew. Finally, the delivery came late on Tuesday evening, well past the original delivery window. While the items were fine, the delay was disappointing, and I don’t plan to order online again while this delivery service is involved. I understand the issue was mostly with the delivery service, but I expected better communication from the support team.

After receiving gift vouchers, I found that they are processed differently than expected, which complicated my orders. I had to place multiple orders to use my vouchers, and returning items bought with them has been a hassle. I've contacted customer service multiple times regarding a refund, but the process has been frustratingly slow, and their responses have been rude. I cannot recommend this service and certainly won't shop here again.
