A parcel went missing, tracking number did not update for over a week, complained as best I could but only ChatBots to deal with, requested a REFUND IN FULL but still waiting, so now , no parcel, no money, no items, Evri are the Couriers which seem to be getting worse and worse, dreadful service for this particular parcel
Very happy with the online service and delivery.Also the return was easy as I returned some items in my local store and received a refund straight away. The only downside are your sizes, they go from 20 to 22/24. Twenty is too small and 22/24 is far to big.Why can you not offer a 22????
Purchased a pair of jeans, arrived after paying for next day delivery. I received the jeans to find they were the incorrect size , very small. No size on the label. But measured waist and this was 18inch waist.I ordered a size 26 !! I've tried to contact yours clothing but no reply .
Although trying really hard not to think about Christmas I was tempted by the clothes. I also realised they were selling fast. So the next day I had a lovely sparkly top just right for Christmas and New Year. It’s hanging in the wardrobe shouting wear me!
