Yours Clothing is one of my favourite clothing retailers; they have a large range of clothing and footwear suitable for larger ladies. Their products are well made and the range covers everyday clothing, elegant eveningwear and lots in-between much of which is very pretty, feminine and flattering. My 'other half' loves wearing them. Most items are true to size but occasionally they may prove to be a little small or large or just not suit but that's not a problem as their no hassle returns service is second to none, which allows me to order with full confidence xx
For the second time within a couple of months I have received something wrong in a package that only had two items. I ordered a pair of straight leg trousers. On receipt of the package l found that it had a label on the outside of the plastic bag showing details for the trousers I had ordered. I could see a label attached to the trousers inside the bag that showed they were, in fact ‘boot cut’. What is going on in the warehouse?
