Great customer service! I've been using Y'OUR Skin products since 2021. Whenever I reached out with questions about their products and/or policies regarding my skincare, they've always responded in a timely and professional manner with a promising solution to my concerns.
Use extreme caution ordering from this company! I chose to start with 1 month instead of automatic draft until I knew if their products worked. It was about $70 for 1 month for 3 products. I then canceled with the company since I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Then I noticed there were more charges on my debit card but I wasn't receiving products and I had canceled. I reached out to customer service and they informed me that they actually split the bill into 3 installments for your purchase so my 3 products actually cost over $200!! This little disclaimer isn't on your bill when you purchase 1 month subscription, it's in the terms and conditions only which is about 10 pages to read. Definitely would not recommend! False advertising on their prices!
Your skincare has been a wonderful experience! After struggling with acne for five years, this company has been absolutely wonderful! Seeing a dermatologist has been a struggle, they are always busy and have so many patients that you have to book out so far in advance. Having found this company that doesn't just give you medicine but a fully curated routine that focuses on your skins entire health is such a wonderful thing to have in this world! If you choose this company you will be taken care of as an individual and they will take the time to get to know you the patient, and your skin. Not to mention the wonderfully clean and natural products which are much better for us then harsh chemicals, no wonder my skin is glowing! Wonderful customer service as well, they took care of me greatly and made sure every little detail was to my satisfaction, I can't thank Y'OUR Skincare enough and I will recommend them to people for years to come! It’s nice it’s cleared my acne prone skin. For $180 every 3 months. I do not feel like there is enough moisturizer to last 3 months.. you’d have to use very little and not enough to moisturize your skin. So I have to purchase another moisturizer as well when I run out.
I am very happy with this skincare product. It is a bit pricey which is the only downside but customer service has been great with helping out so that I can still clear my acne and be able to pay for the product. They also have offered free samples of stuff in order to help find the best solution for my acne due to me being pregnant and not being able to use some of the stronger more effective chemicals. I love the way my face feels after using the product. It does a great job!
Y'OUR products are genuinely wonderful -- my skin saw major improvements and people complimented me all the time. Excellent customer service as well. They are always quick to respond and eager to resolve any issues that arise, all while reminding you how valued you are as a customer. Really recommend this company.
The product is high quality, but the real stars of the show are the skin care experts. When my formula seemed to aggravate my skin, they asked for a detailed description of what I’ve been dealing with. Then they provided the most clear and thorough explanation of what my skin needs, and how the skin barrier needs hydration rather than harsh acne products - even my dermatologist never explained it that way or took that approach. They reformulated the system and sent me an entire new box at no cost!
