This product has been a lifesaver! I have literally been looking for solutions for my skin my whole life and it wasn't until I took a chance on Y'our that I finally found solutions. My skin has never been this clear. I've battled with acne from early teenage years onto adulthood cystic acne along my chin line especially which would leave scars without even being touched or mess with. I looked for many solutions from harsh chemicals to gentle cleasners to scrubs and hadn't found anything that work as good as Y'our. It gave me confidence that I didn't know I had.
I have struggled with acne on my chest, back and face since I was a teenager and now into my mid 20s. Even seeing a dermatologist has not done much for me. Y’our skincare has helped my skin heal drastically since I began their personalized product regimen over a year ago. I am so grateful! The company has given me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced as well. With their extremely descriptive emails helping me to understand my skin conditions, and how each of their products are formulated with ingredients used to target specific areas where my skin needs the most help, this is how they have showed me above and beyond how valuable of a customer I truly am and how much they care about my wellbeing as a person with sensitive, acne prone skin. Just some of the ways their emails have been so useful is by explaining how I suffer from areas of dehydration, and by the type of acne I am experiencing in different places that they can see from my photo updates. Their new system of reward points to be used for other products they offer such as the body acne solution package among other ones are such a fantastic way to help with issues I have outside of just my facial acne and overall skin dehydration. I would recommend this company’s skincare system to anyone who struggles maintaining healthy skin. Their thoughtful emails, as well as their team’s understanding of all circumstances surrounding my financial and skincare needs put them at the top of my list for one of the best company’s I have worked with throughout my life. I appreciate their services more than I can put into words and look forward to continuing to use their products in the future, and speak with their team as my skin changes as I age and experience different problems especially with my acne flare ups and maintaining a healthy skin barrier.
This is a fantastic skincare line! I have combination skin and find it difficult to find products that keep my skin hydrated while preventing excessive oil. This stuff does the trick. Very satisfied with the products. Great customer service too!
I have bad adult acne all over my cheeks. It’s full of dark spots, new red acne almost daily and my skin is so oily. I started wearing my hair over my cheeks to hide it. I gave Y’our Skin a try for 7 months but unsubscribed because I noticed no difference. I flared up for 2 months as my skin got used to the product (which they said was normal) but then never experienced any significant positive results afterward. They even adjusted the formula for me when I gave them an update/showed progress pics 4 months into use. But still no positive results. It seems to work only for people with occasional/minor acne. It’s also suspicious that the website doesn’t let your sort results by rating and places all the most positive feedback first. Very misleading. Tl;dr - Go see a real dermatologist who can prescribe exactly what you need instead of wasting hundreds of dollars with a virtual company who just makes guesses based on photos.
I struggled for years on and of with skin irritation, acne, dry, oily… no matter how I tried to address it, prescription, over the top high end products, facials… you name it I tried it, nothing gave me lasting results. I came upon Y’OUR ( I think 3 years ago?) and was in the middle of some serious skin issues. After answering a few questions, sending some pics and a couple reformulations, my skin has never been better!! And it didn’t take long for it to clear up! I e called on them with a flare up and they are quick to respond and send products if needed or advise. Everyone I have dealt with is super kind. Never any issues. I will never switch!
This stuff works! My skin is sensitive and I’m very picky with the type of products I put on my skin. After almost 1.5 months of using Y’OUR, I noticed my skin becomes clearer & a lot more even-looking with less redness. The monthly plan was a quite pricy for my budget, but the company was willing to offer a discount and they allow free refills. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall I am happy with the products & service!
This company not only has an incredible line of products that truly work, but an even better customer service team. They have helped me countless times, and absolutely have gone above and beyond every single time! They are incredibly quick and informative in their responses, and do everything possible to take care of their customers. Would recommend a million times over!
I really loved this personalized skincare routine. I have a issue of acne and pigmentation, and I had it for a very long time. I have been using the products for a month now and I think its working great. I reallly loved the cleanser and moisturizer. Those are my absolute favorite. Plus, the customer service is great and very fast.
