I really love these products. I have tried a few different companies in the recent "personalized skincare" arena. While a lot of these companies and competitors have great ingredients, I have had nice results with Y'OUR. My acne-prone skin is still a work in progress, but I do see a difference. The serum is my favorite product. This company is extremely responsive to your skincare needs and to your budget. I enjoy the freebies and benefits Y'OUR offers and will continue to be a customer.
Love this product. Short version. I really do love the product. I do get completes on how good my skin looks all the time. I get asked what I use. And I tell them Y’our. I say “Y apostrophe OUR. I’m a breast cancer survivor of 2 1/2 years. And some lymph nodes were taken from right side which apparently makes it harder for me to fight infection on right side. I got an abscess on my right cheek. Super scary. Since stating with your product I have not had any issues with my face.
love love love!! customer service is always so professional & willing to answer my 1 million questions!! originally the product that i had bought gave me a break out but that’s just because i have super sensitive skin. they gave me a free trial package after i told them the issue & my skin has never been so spotless! i will always use your skin care!!
This company does a great job with customer service. They are quick to respond and help with concerns. Using their products have been beneficial. I have the most sensitive skin and this regimen did not irritate me! I would have loved to continue but could not because of the price, that is why I took a star away. It is an investment.
This skin care product doesn’t always get it right and the fact that I’ve had the product less than 30 days, sent in multiple emails with pictures explain how irritated, itchy, and skin breakouts, I asked to send the product back for a refund. Customer service made me fill they were doing me favor by allow me to send the products back at my expense before they would initiate a refund. Seeing that it was less than 30 days and I communicated with them multiple times, a refund when asked some have been made period. Not satisfied and don’t recommend this product.
Although my acne hasn’t been HORRIBLE, I have had acne my entire life. I am 27 and still have adult acne as I did when I was a teen. In addition and like many, I have fallen victim to compulsively picking at it in desperate and anxious attempt to make it go away, which only made it worse and led to dark spots. Other products never worked, and the ones that did stopped working within a week or two. The products that come in the original, monthly package, although hydrated my skin tremendously, did not take care of my acne or dark spots on their own. I emailed the Y’OUR support team about my ongoing acne, and they were AMAZINGLY helpful. They responded quickly and gave explanation for why my skin was behaving the way it was. They then sent me complementary products (in addition to the original, monthly products). I am not overstating when I say that the add-on products worked FANTASTICALLY. For the first time in many years, my skin is the clearest it’s ever been. The dark spots are also lightening. I still have hormonal breakouts once a month, but the products clear it up very quickly (within days). I have been using the add-ons for about two months now, and they still work great - The results thus also sustain.In sum, if the initial products don’t work, I’d highly recommend reaching out to the support team so they can help you find the right add-ons for you. They products really do work great!!
Y’our products have made a tremendous difference in my skin. It is smoother and clearer. The products last for the entire three months! Customer service is outstanding. My only suggestion would to change the cap on the face wash to a flip cap as it is difficult to screw on when you are in the shower.
What an amazing product and company. I purchased the product after I found out I was pregnant because I wanted to use clean products that would help prevent pigmentation on my skin and help with dryness around my chin area. After a few weeks of using the product I started seeing results, my skin began looking more glowy and even. I used to have a combination of oily and dry skin on my face and now it’s all even. I would definitely recommend this product
