Pretty good PERSONALIZED products but the drmtlgy products are so so. Plus the personalized products are not marked very clearly in terms of prices so just make sure you what how much you’re spending before you buy it. That being said, the personalized stuff works rather well.
Y’our Skin Care exceeded my expectations! I’m in the process of planning for pregnancy, and I’ve finally found skin care options that utilizes safe and uses good ingredients. Not only are their products good, but the customer service was also very helpful in addressing my concerns. They went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for me.
I took a look at the ingredients on the "anti-acne serum" and found that it's the exact same ingredients as pretty much everything else I can buy online, so decided to cancel my subscription. This company make it quite difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to email them to request to cancel and then they asked me why. When I told them I took a look at their ingredients for the anti-acne serum they told me that they can assure me that it's the highest quality or whatever. It's not. It's 2% salicylic acid, the exact same stuff you can get on Amazon for significantly less. The Night Cream and Day cream are exactly the same as everything else we can get online. Now, they want to charge me an extra $149.04 for a 3 month subscription telling me that it's worth $207. I can buy the same ingredients for between $10-$15 dollars each. An entire bottle of 2% Salicylic Acid for $10, sunscreen for $15, my normal moisturizer that I love and works better is $14. The only thing that I can't easily replace is the face wash that dries out my skin. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm very upset by this. Below is the email that they sent me back. Hyaluronic acid combined with vitamin A can improve overall skin texture if your primary concern is skin texture, aging, Hyaluronic acid combined with vitamin C can brighten skin, even out discoloration if your primary concern is dark spots.Regarding your cancelation request, one skincare package is a 3-month treatment set valued at $207 (plus any applicable tax) and we only ship once every 3 months, not monthly. By choosing the monthly payment plan, you are paying for 1 box in 3 monthly payments of $69 (plus tax), and only the 1st payment was discounted to $39 (plus tax). I’ve been using Y’OUR skin products for almost a year and can I say I’m really impressed with how quickly you get a response from the team. Products are great and I have a clear face now after having a crazy breakout in my late 30’s. I’m still trying to work on some of the scarring but I’m hopeful in the products to get me where I want to be.
I started Y'OUR SKIN 6 months ago. I was experiencing hormonal acne due to menopause (who knew at age 53 I would be experiencing acne - Yes, its a real symptom of menopause). The customized products have helped tremendously. Honestly, it took at least 3-4 months to see a real difference for me (mostly due to the hormonal imbalance and receiving medical treatment). The serum in the kit helped with the redness/rash. I no longer have redness and patches of break-outs are minimal. On occasion, I will have a couple break-outs, but using the Anti-Acne Mask and Acne Spot Treatment weekly gets rid of them quickly! Being consistent is key!! The customer service has been AMAZING!! They are kind and extremely helpful! The products + customer service = 5 stars from me! :)
I had an extremely positive experience with customer service! My customer service representative was so patient with me and always replied in a timely manner. They were so generous and offered a 40% discount with an additional free gift, which means so much in this economy!
After using these products, I have been trying to keep to a consistent skin routine. I was never consistent with products before but I am a whole lot better at it now, thanks to Y’our! Two step routine in the morning, and a three step routine at night. It is very simple for me, and I love that part about it! Another amazing aspect is that these products are specific to what your individual needs are, and if those needs change over time, consulting with a Y’our specialist is so easy!
Y'OUR Skincare has amazing customer service and I have loved using the products! Having them customized to my own skincare needs has helped tremendously, and when I noticed something not quite right (dry skin), they helped recommend a reformulation quickly and easily.
Overall, this product helped sooth my skin so it wasn’t as red and irritated, but it didn’t make my acne any better. I used it for the full 3 months, and my acne seemed to stay the same even though I was using the products as described and even has the anti acne serum. It was hard to tell if it was getting worse or just staying the same though, so I won’t leave a bad review. But for the high cost of the product, I would’ve expected changes more quickly
