I love this company, I definitely think their products are great quality. My skin has improved a lot after only a couple months of using their products. If you find that your skin needs something else (brightness, less redness, etc.) they will adjust your formula and send you a new one for free! They pare only contactable by email and they usually reply within one or two days but their support is always great. I love this company and their products!
I am absolutely happy with my personal skincare routine! I have been using Y’OUR for almost a year due to adult acne breakouts(which I really wanted to target) and they have gone down drastically!!! I am happy with the free refills and consultations they provide to upgrade my skincare routine as the seasons change. I TRULY do see a major impact on my skin and forever grateful!!
I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE NO SUBSCRIPTION AND STILL WAS SUBSCRIBED.They refuse to cancel you subscription and send auto emails with two options upon request to cancel.Option 1 continue subscription.Option 2 continue a more expensive subscription.Still no cancellation option.Then you get auto texts at 6am in the morning telling you to check your emails and for what? I just want the subscription I never ordered cancelled.
I've been using prescription meds for many years & have never had the results I've had with these products. Customer service is pretty good with timely responses & feedback. My "purge" lasted a bit longer than predicted, but once I contacted customer service, my formula was re-evaluated & changed for the better. My skin looks & feels great with months of clear skin at a time. The occasional pimple still occurs, but nothing like before these products. I do hope they add the option to "skip a shipment". Since you only need a little of the product at a time, I find that I have more than I need.
It was such a process receiving my order. I was emailed that it was delivered but I didn't receive it. It was such a hassle for them to resend to me. I had to sign and affidavit. For skincare? Really? Then I've been using the product for 3 weeks or more and I have horrible dry skin and a rash on my face. Of course they don't have a return policy. I never heard of such a thing in my life. Worst experience ever. I only gave it one star because I had to put something. Never again.
So many raves about this company. Their skin care products are top notch, I truly feel the quality of the ingredients they use in their formulations are legit. I also love the fact that their skincare is driven to be safe for pregnant and breastfeeding woman. Skincare products aside, their customers service is 11/10, 5*, chef’s kiss. You are taking to actual people, who have knowledge about skincare, and who genuinely care about your experience with their products. Fast responses, and immediate results to whatever I’ve had to communicate to them about.
