This product is amazing!! I love the way it makes my skin feel. It has been great at clearning up my acne. I stick with the routine. It's very easy to use. 2 step in the morning and 3 steps at night. I love how it is specific to me and my needs. I would def reccommend this product!
I was desperate to do something about a raging outbreak of rosacea after having good skin for over 80 years. I browsed the internet until I found Y’OUR Skin Care. It was the first product I found that sounded like what I needed and seemed to be a genuine and concerned company. I have found it to be so, and the products are fragrance free and have been gentle on my skin. I had a problem with the one dispenser, and they responded with a concerned reply and a video to teach me how to work the dispenser. The people behind the products genuinely care and do whatever is needed to help their customers. The products are gentle on my skin, and the rosacea is already calming it down after only a few days. I hope to stay with this gem of a company for a long time.
I’m writing this after my case got a resolution. First of all, I was drawn to their website due to a Google search result on skin care. The ad stated that the products would be a total of $39. No installments and no further payments. Once you’re on the website it seems as if you would get a box per month for your monthly subscription. What you are actually getting is ONE BOX and paying such box in 3 installments. 5 minutes after paying, I realized my mistake and tried to email and call them. No answer. This business has no phone number to call them. I tried cancelling my subscription but still they wanted me to pay the 3 installment and what would be cancelled is future shipment of boxes. As I expressed in the email below that I sent them, unsubscribing should be as easy as subscribing and with them, unfortunately, it’s not the case since you have to send them emails to unsubscribe and wait until you get a response, while subscribing is as easy as clicking “pay”. Only after I sent the email below, they replied and offered to refund me. As of now, the refund has been initiated and Y’OUR SKIN asked me kindly if I would take my comment down. I’m only updating my review with the resolution but not taking it down since my opinion and experience matters. They also flagged my review as defamatory with Trust Pilot as an attempt to take it down, but Trust Pilot ruled in my favor. This is the email I sent them: 👇🏼Y'OUR Skincare Support,I am writing to formally demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the unauthorized charges made to my account.Your company’s practices are misleading, predatory, and likely unlawful:Deceptive Advertising: I was drawn in by ads—such as those that appear in Google search results—prominently showing a one-time cost of $39.00 with no clear or conspicuous indication that this is a subscription or that further charges will follow. I’ve attached a screenshot of the search ad I encountered, which is highly deceptive in how it presents the pricing.Illegal Cancellation Process: Your requirement that customers email back and forth to cancel violates the FTC’s “Click to Cancel” rule (finalized in October 2024), which mandates that businesses must make canceling as easy as signing up. It should not require multiple steps, email confirmations, or delays.Lack of Transparency: There was no clear or honest disclosure that signing up would enroll me in a recurring billing cycle. I did not knowingly or willingly agree to any ongoing subscription.If you do not cancel my subscription and issue a full refund within 3 business days, I will be taking the following actions:Filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)Submitting a detailed report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding your advertising practices, hidden subscription model, and cancellation barriersLeaving public reviews warning others about your predatory and dishonest behaviorThis is your final chance to resolve this amicably. I expect written confirmation that my account has been canceled and that a full refund is being processed.In the end, they responded quickly after I sent the email above, however, my experience with this type of business model was incredibly negative since it seems deceiving and misleading.
I was a little nervous picking out a tinted moisturizer since there aren’t a lot of color options but I went for the medium shade and it was a perfect shade for me! It was a smooth application with light coverage so it is buildable and most importantly breathable on the skin. A little goes a long way! I love that this is also has SPF, perfect for a makeup no makeup day and going out and about!
It's the first and only thing that's truly worked for my oily acne prone skin without too many different products and never doing facials anymore very helpful concerned people to work with on what is gonna work best for my skin..and sometimes getting a free product
