I have been receiving their products since many years. Yet recently with the update of microsoft, access to their website was impossible. To the credit of the customer service, after some requests and answers they succeed to repair everything. Not only that but they acknowledge it was from their side and they offered a compensation. This is rare in a world of copy and paste from AI.

I have been taking NMN sublingual since 2024 and I have seen great results with regard to my skin, hair and nails. I also been buying the PEA for my sister who’s suffered from migraines for years and nothing worked for her. However, I experienced an adverse reaction to the sleep dust, which may or may not have been an interaction with my medication. Customer services were responsive and understanding and I was given a full refund.
