Scummy (UNAVOIDABLE) methods of increasing AOV.

Thought I would just hurt their TrustPilot reviews as much as possible due to the fact they have a scammy method of trying to increase Average Order Value by adding a "facemask" to your order when trying to checkout. You literally cannot remove it and no way of paying for your product without having it. XD Biggest load of garbage I have ever seen.

Good Customer Service

I ordered a product in error and there was an immediate response from Customer Services - the Order was cancelled and the refund sorted..I'm waiting for my delivery of their Liposomal Hyaluronic Acid - I'm really impressed by this product ...I was getting it via Amazon but it took so long to arrive . My only caveat - just personal - I wish it was a 300mls bottle rather than 250mls

Absolutely love everything about this…

Absolutely love everything about this brand ! The products are great, the NMN and Resveratol are just incredible, I have been taking several of their vitamins for many years now... And the customer service is always so efficient and so nice. Love !

Scam! Used my card details to fabricate another order without my consent

Fraudulent activity from this company!Update: I have spoken to my bank about this and they confirmed that using my card details to make another order in this manner is indeed a scam and they will now be looking into it. They have removed my card details from the website so that the company couldn’t fraudulently take money from me again. I made an order of one item on Sunday evening. After I had paid and received notification that my order was complete, it showed me 3 items with a title “add to your order now.” I clicked on one of them to see what it was.I immediately received a notification that this item had been added to my existing order and paid for, without any chance for me to review the what item was or check the total. I received another email saying “order amended” and that I was now paying £54 instead of £23.”I wrote to the company immediately to cancel and also complain about this, still on Sunday night.At 10.15 the next morning I received an email saying that unfortunately a label had already been created for the order so it would be too late to cancel. They did say I could refuse the order on delivery or return it but this doesn’t seem like a reasonable hoop to jump through given that I didn’t make the order in the first place.Given that I didn’t intend to order the item in the first place, I really resent them creating further obstacles to my cancellation and receiving a refund this order. If their products were as good as listed, surely they wouldn’t need to coerce me into paying more than I needed to for items I didn’t want? Tricking me into paying more for an order that has already been processed is fraudulent and unethical, and goes against government guidelines for online shopping.

Very dissatisfied customer

I have been a customer since 2023 and have spent almost £2000 with these guys, so a good customer. However, my experience with the V14 subscription has been terrible. This is the 3rd month that these guys have told me that they have no product, despite reassuring me that new deliveries are expected. Having said this, they are still marketing the product on their site so clearly;y selling to some folk. What is going on? I'm now looking for other suppliers of product.
