I would like to praise the staff in Youth and Earth for their help whenever there have been any problems.They are always quick to reply, and very knowledgeable about their products.The products that I usually buy ( and subscribe for some of them) are NAD MAX, Preservage, Spermidine, NR, Omega 3 and V 14. All are very good and have a beneficial effect on my health and level of energy.
GLYNACI decided to try this supplement after reading that your body may not be making sufficient glutathione as you age. (I am 60) I thought I would try it for a month to see if I was deficient. I take this in the morning alongside V14 and have noticed more energy and recovery from weight training that would previously leave me exhausted. This supplement will now be a regular to my supplement stack.
Placed an order 7 days ago which has still not been dispatched. I have emailed to enquire about this but, instead of looking into the matter I received a reply from Rachael to say someone would be in touch! Quite why she could not just look into it and reply as to the whereabout of my order I do not know.I have still heard nothing as to what is happening with my order. The ai system used on the site is beyond useless.I had previously had a v good experience with this company. They were kind and helpful and emails were replied to quickly. Sadly that is not the case on this occasion. The radio silence from Youth and earth is extremely poor and dissapointing indeed. Awful way to treat a customer. Youve taken the money from my account so please privide me with the goods I paid for!!!!
The customer service is amazing ! I had by mistake two subscriptions with different mails , so I was charged with a huge figure At the beginning of this month .. I wrote to the customer service , they replied to me In less than 2h and within 3h everything was solved ! So thanks again
I have been taking MNM and Preserveage for a while and I do feel a difference in energy levels when I do not take them. I think they also help me with the health of my skin as no one believes me when I say I am 49 (almost 50, in 2 months).I have recently added Chillax before going to sleep and it really helps me sleep more deeply.
