Products are of excellent quality - I have really noticed energy and focus improvements after using the liposomal spermidine and gluthathione for several months. People have told me how much younger I also look. My sleep quality has been fabulous - I feel good! Customer services is of high standard - the Y & E representatives get back to you promptly and are helpful!
I have always found youth and earth to be a first class company, delivery is always extremely speedy, packaging good, and ordering and admin simple.The quality of the products I take seem to be very good and I have noticed a real difference while taking youth and earth supplements. Today when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, this was speedily and efficiently resolved, could not be more happy.
Excellent customer service when I had a problem with my bank card on my subscription- resolved in minutes with their prompt reply and clear instructions. Their products are excellent especially their PEA supplements which are great for joint pain and sleep quality. Highly recommend.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with Young and Earth.On 29 July 2025, they withdrew money from my bank account without authorization, despite my having cancelled my account over a month earlier. Even worse, their own correspondence admits the charge was a mistake—yet they have still failed to refund my money.Under Swiss law, they are required to return these funds immediately, but they have ignored multiple messages and deadlines. They stated that they would refund money once they receive product and sent a fed ex label to send product back. First off it was their mistake and should have refunded money immediately. Also problem with Fed Ex is that it is a half hour from my home. I even offered to make the mistakenly sent product available for collection or drop it at a nearby location at no cost to them. They never responded.This is not just poor customer service—it’s unethical and unlawful. Any company that takes money without permission, admits the error, and then refuses to refund it is not one you should trust with your personal details or payment information.I will never purchase from Young and Earth again and will be filing formal complaints with Swiss and EU consumer protection authorities. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company.
I would just like to say that as someone who has a Nutrition and Health degree, I am so impressed with the company Youth and Earth.Not only is the delivery time is exceptionally quick, and the customer service team is so polite and rapid with response times, but the supplement quality is absolutely phenomenal. I am particularly wowed by the variety, rarity and scientific focus on absorption with the use of the liposomal supplement range. I am so impressed that I have subscribed to various products for monthly subscriptions. I am so glad I found this company and cannot wait to see what products they bring out in the future.
