Poor experience with stock availability

I ordered and paid for a water pump on 26 November 2025. A week later, I sent my own courier only to find out they had no stock. On 3 December, they informed me that they would dispatch it immediately once they received the stock. By 10 December, I requested a refund since we found the water pump elsewhere. They mentioned they would check with dispatch, but as of 23 December, I still haven't received any feedback! This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Still waiting for my refund after months

I canceled an order back in April and was assured a refund within 20 days. It's now December, and I still haven't received it. They don't answer calls or respond to messages. This service feels like a scam.

Extremely dissatisfied

This service is the worst. They neither deliver parts nor issue refunds. It’s a series of lies. I have followed up on my order until I’m exhausted. I even visited their location, but nothing has happened. They seem to be scammers. I've been waiting for the parts since June 30, 2025.

Poor communication

When inquiring about a part, they give you a WhatsApp number, but no one responds. A week later, if they remember to check their messages, you might get a reply. By then, you've likely found the part elsewhere. I suspect they are scammers. Today, I asked again and received no reply!

Frustrating experience

I purchased a car part and after 30 days with no delivery, I started reaching out. It took another two months, and still no delivery. My bank is now refusing to process a chargeback as it has been over 90 days since payment. I have filed official complaints and am still waiting, but they are now denying delivery of the part. This feels completely fraudulent.

Feeling deceived

I usually do thorough research before ordering online, but this time I was eager to fix my car, and they took advantage of that. I ordered a part yesterday, but received no payment confirmation. When I called one of the WhatsApp numbers, the representative sounded distracted and said I would receive my order by Friday. After reading these reviews, I doubt that will happen. If you’re considering purchasing from them, I advise against it; it seems like a scam.

A warning to others

I urge everyone to avoid this service; it has been absolutely terrible. They don’t answer calls or respond on multiple WhatsApp numbers. I have been waiting nearly two weeks for my order to be completed without any feedback. I visited their office, but no one was willing to assist; they just stared as if I wasn't there. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Stay far away from this service! Additionally, if you want a refund, expect to wait 21 to 25 working days, and it must be approved.

Quality and service issues

I purchased an electronic coil pack that arrived in a poor-quality unbranded box. When installed, it caused my car to shudder. I attempted to return the part, but no one answered my calls to get the necessary email address and reference number for returns. I still have received no answers. The part was faulty; I bought another from a reputable dealer that worked perfectly. I am thoroughly disappointed.
