Paid a very long time to broken aroma burner

I received the aroma burner from the post office in Hong Kong, only to find that it was broken. I had been eagerly awaiting its arrival for months, so this is extremely disappointing. I expect the company to issue a refund and provide an apology for this inconvenience.

Worst service in the world

If I could I would be give NineLife 0 stars ! According to DHL my products arrived in South Africa . None of them can provide an accurate address where it’s been delivered. I have waited 2 months and still do not have my products. Pathetic!

After reading negative reviews I took a chance coz they were the only ones offering the product I needed. My product arrived a month later. Considering they deliver to every corner of the world, I'd say their administrative operations are commendable

Very dissatisfactory

Very dissatisfactory! No confirmation email or tracking number came through on my first attempt. It seemed the site or my phone had glitched. On my second attempt a tracking number popped up but with no information about expected delivery time or even confirmation of what was bought. I called to check that all was in order. Call centre is in India. Was told the order had gone through but that there were problems with the site and to expect an email in a couple of hours. No email has ever come through. Was told to expect package in three weeks. I called again to cancel the order after finding the exact item on Takealot (should have looked there first!!) for literally an eighth of the price with delivery in a week. Cancelling was no problem however still awaiting the refund. When checking my account I see that the money had gone through on the first attempt after all. Called again and yes this order had been processed. Asked to cancel this too and was given a hard time for wanting to cancel it as I had already cancelled the sane item earlier. Felt like I was going mad. Eventually the order was cancelled. I am still awaiting the refund. I would not order from this company! I don’t ever right reviews but this was a particularly poor experience.

We are a none profit organization

We are a none profit organization. Buy selectively as we need to be responsible a all times with our finance. I have send several emails regarding our order with no response. No feedback no acknowledgement. Not happy at all with the poor service. If you don't have the product in stock don't sell adverise it. Still awaiting any response Very disappointed.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, still waiting for it.When looking for your order i see date of order changing every single day. Will have to file a complaint with internet police. This is a scam !!!I still hope to get the things that i ordered and paid. then only i will change my review.2 months later they tell me to go to a pickup point, they don't say what pickup point, and order was meant to be sent to my address. I've ordered the same items from another place in Johannesburg which i received 4 days later and for which i paid 1/3 off the price i paid to za.ninelife.com. This company is just a joke and a rip off.

PATHETIC SERVICE

Placed an order and for the past 2 weeks no movement on courier tracking. Every query says delivery within a week. no reply on e-mails or online query form. This is pathetic as we cannot contact the courier or follow up on order.
