Two months after ordering I have not received my probiotics. Today I find out they are using the South African Post Office as a delivery service. I was told I can pick it up at the pick up point! I ordered it to be delivered, not picked up. The probiotics are probably perishable and won't be effective any more.

The order will reach you on or before 17th Jul."2 July 2025: Received email from WeCare/Ninelife asking for my details so that customs clearance could be expedited.3 July 2025: Received notice that my order has been shipped. DHL tracking number provided.8 July 2025: Prealert sent out to supplier, Check-in Asendia facility, Processed by Asendia9 July 2025: Processed in facility, Sorted by Asendia, Departed Asendia facility, Dispatched by Asendia11 July 2025: Transport17 July 2025: Order not received as promised. Tried DHL tracking number, it does not work. Asked NineLife how I can track the order. They replied saying that the order is on its way, and gave a tracking number that I could track on a1.asendia.com. 24 July: Arrived at destination - South Africa, In customs authorities25 July: Out customs authorities29 July 2025: Order is in the country, but now there is no movement again. It has been more than a month now. Called +27872502399 24/7 Support number, but it is unmanned, and eventually cuts you off. No answer yet to enquiry via info email address. Tried chat facility on ninelife.co.za, entered order details, got message: "Thank you for providing the details. Let me connect you with a live agent who can help you with your order status. Please hold for a moment!" No answer after that.6 Aug 2025: Delivery picked up at local post office.
I ordered and paid for3 boxes of Dolce Gusto Cappuccino capsule on the 23 July 2025.After a week I received an email requesting my passport or ID number and Tax number. After numerous emails inquiring about my parcel I was told I will receive it soon. There is no movement on the tracking number. Today is the 4 September 2025 and I have still not received my parcel. O would like to warn other clients about this company.
First they sent me the wrong product, then they delivered what I can only hope is the right product to the wrong address. I would much rather have just gotten a refund, but this is made too difficult as I would have to send their product back to them. Do not fall victim to trusting this company!
I placed an order of actisorb dressings in 2022, I never recieved it. I enquired about it but never got a response. I eventually got tired and left it. I tried again this year but I was told I cannot get a refund. I would not recommend NineLife. My experience with this company has been bad.
I placed an order with Ninelife.co.za. Having peace of mind that it is a South African company. After 3 weeks of receiving nothing and following up, it was coming from the US, which I found surprising. Anyways, it has been two months, I was told my package is confiscated and I need to pay an additional fee of R400 to apply for the eyedrops to be approved by SAPHRA and if the application which included a practitioners form as well - is approved, it will be sent. Needless to say, I asked for Ninelife to arrange a return - since I am not allowed to do that, so that I can get my R1000 refund.... they have batted around this and that, even told me yesterday that my package is on the way... I have notified by customs that my package is moved to the states warehouse - which means there was not even an attempt from Nine life to try and help arrange the return...
I ordered a Uorisanigo Knee Scooter Cushion Cover on the 22 March 2025 because I fractured my ankle the week before. The customer support sucks because they had no sympathy for the situation that I was in and that I wanted this product urgently. They were not willing to offer speedy delivery or even willing for me to pay for speedy delivery, which I offered to do. If I knew I was going to facture my ankle three weeks prior (due to standard delivery they only offer) I would have then placed the order. All I got from them was sorry we only do standard delivery. 2 Weeks later I decided by the time the knee scooter comes I won't need it anymore and wanted to cancel the order I was offered 10% refund or +-R356 food voucher if I carry on with the order. Eventually after two and half weeks I received confirmation that my order is on its way to get another setback that my order was at customs Clearnce and awaiting customer details since Friday 11/04. I received no email, telephone call, SMS, etc. from custom clearance, if I didn't follow up with Ninelife myself nothing would have happened. Customer support is really bad, why don't they send the proper documentation through with all customer details on so that the custom clearance can go smoothly. This will be the last time that I ever order something from Ninelife online.
