Review Time
Ordered two bras and no news re shipping for 2 weeks. Saw negative reviews and asked for refund. Then told they had been shipped but in a split package due to the weight!? (My boobs are not that big!). Then another note to say they had been returned and yet no refund. All emails being ignored! Update - following review customer service responded to this. They have refunded one bra and the other arrived today. They have apologised so I am happy with the response following them seeing this review
If I could give less than 1* I would. This is a total SCAM. Avoid if at all possible. I stupidly bought two bras based on a tik tok I had seen. Took forever to arrive. When I contacted them got bot responses. Advised one item returned at customs, but yet then advised they had to split the package into two after they were supposedly posted. Only received one item about 3 weeks after order. Flimsy / shoddy material - not even a close fit even though size guide followed. Promised refund for one item which never materialised. Bot replies. TOTAL SCAM. Wish I had read this before I ordered.
I ordered two gel bras. One black and one animal print. They came in seperate deliveries. The one with animal print was like the picture on the add, but it looked worn… the black was a completely different kind of bra… simple, thin and nothing like the add.Today I actually received a full refund after mailing pictures of the items that was sent to me. Bravo Zanzzea for solving the issue immediately.
The customer service was very prompt and consistently helpful. Any issue I encountered was addressed immediately and professionally. The products are of excellent quality, and I would confidently recommend this company. I will certainly place additional orders in the future
Terrible quality and service. Don’t bother with the jelly bras that are being advertised everywhere at the moment. Sizing is not as described and quality is awful! They are ignoring my request for a return address and not replying to my repeated emails. Don’t buy from them - you will only be disappointed!
I ordered some Jelly Bras and the quality and sizing was awful! Not what was advertised at all. When contacting them, to be fair they were quick to respond. However, I kept being offered a discount and part refund. I would not be ordering again as they dont cater to the size I needed. It was agreed for a full refund, 8th of January within 14 working days maximum. I am still waiting. This is a little disappointing and for that reason I wouldn't recommend.
Ordered a 2 x small bras, only one arrived and a ‘small’ is tiny, asked where the second item was and still don’t have this today, I asked to return the small for a medium and the correct items arrived. The product is not a push up and isn’t supportive, I wouldn’t waste your money, I paid £26.99 and see they are now selling for £8.99
