Concerns about security and support

Don't be swayed by overly positive reviews; my experience was quite the contrary. The inboxes provided are not from US-based IPs, which is misleading. The support communication seemed to lack clarity, making troubleshooting frustrating. The most concerning issue was the handling of sensitive information; support seemed careless about security, referencing saved credentials, which raises serious red flags. There was no urgency or accountability in addressing these issues. After this experience, I have serious doubts about the handling of sensitive data and cannot recommend this service.

We've been using Zapmail for awhile now and have to say it's been a great experience! The support team is right there to help you out and the mailboxes are working perfectly for our outbound marketing. Highly recommend!

Joby has been exceptionally helpful throughout my onboarding process. He has responded to all of my questions in less than 5 minutes and successfully troubleshooted any issues I've had so far.(none of which have even been the fault of zapmail)Zapmail's support team is a 10/10. Thanks Joby

Not only are their prices excellent

Not only are their prices excellent, their support is outstanding. I'm a newbie, and whenever I ask a question, even a silly one they're patient and respond very quickly. They've even jumped on Google Meet with me multiple times to help. Can't recommended them enoguh and oh yeah their inboxes are solid as well no issues.
