I am genuinely frustrated. The platform has turned what should be a straightforward website builder into a real hassle. The editor is buggy, elements change unexpectedly, and I've experienced pages seemingly disappearing. You end up spending hours fixing issues that weren't even your fault. Pricing is inconsistent, charges often don't align with expectations, and obtaining a clear explanation feels nearly impossible. The support team is unhelpful: long wait times, scripted responses, and a lack of accountability, leaving you feeling trapped. I cannot recommend this.
This service is utterly disappointing. They took over a website server and after a decade of having an account, they decided to reduce my usual fee three times. After reaching out for a refund, I have spent over a year receiving nothing but excuses. The system supposedly doesn’t allow for refunds, despite promises that I would receive it. I've sent over 50 emails and still nothing. It feels like a large corporation that takes money without any accountability. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will make every effort to avoid using them and will inform others whenever I can.

Creating the website was fairly straightforward and the basic setup works for me. I like how it looks and don’t need anything complex. However, enabling SSL and publishing took three weeks for my site to be accessible! This was due to technical errors on their part. Customer support is nearly useless as they take days to respond and often don’t reply at all, forcing you to submit new inquiries. Additionally, the payment option advertised doesn’t work, and you’re left with another inefficient option. I've potentially lost significant sales because of these delays. The stress wasn’t worth it, and I wish I had considered other reviews before choosing this service.
Completely unacceptable customer service I have ever received. It was frustrating and pointless. I spent hours on chat and phone, being transferred through multiple departments, all asking for the same information and none able to resolve even the simplest issue. It remains unresolved. I am considering legal action. I am extremely disappointed.
Overall, this service was good for nearly a decade. It is a reliable platform once you learn it. Unfortunately, the excellent helpdesk team is gone, and the new support model is absolutely inadequate. It’s disappointing to see how the loyal customer base has been treated.
I have been with this service for over 15 years. It was reliable until the recent takeover. The quality of service has declined, and many packages are no longer available, forcing me to change my subscription. They seem to be phasing out the platform. I would not recommend this service or the new owners. It is a large corporation that has not maintained quality.
I am frustrated to discover that I cannot set up a professional email using my domain without subscribing to an additional service. I’ve had my website for years, and relocating to a different provider will take significant time just to update my email.
