I am writing this feedback to express my dissatisfaction with the suit I recently purchased from Zarrachi.
The suit size I received does not match the standard measurements for the size advertised. It runs significantly smaller than expected, making it unwearable. Additionally, the product description stated that the material is suitable for all seasons. However, the fabric is clearly not appropriate for year-round use, which makes the advertisement misleading.
Also, the material of the suit is really cheap, you could purchase the exact same suits from Temu and Aliexpress.
I am particularly disappointed that my request for a return has been refused, despite the sizing inaccuracy and misleading product description. As a customer, I expect transparency and fair return policies, especially when the product does not match what was advertised.
Due to this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and customer service. Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I will not recommend this company to others and therefore sharing my experience publicly.
The main issue is the shipping and delivery times without much update. Ordered something 3 weeks before needing it and had zero updates on delivery tracking for the entire 3 weeks. The company is called Zarrachi London but when the tracking finally started updating there was a lot of international airports being used since I live 3 hours from London. Eventually the item arrived just shy of a 5 weeks later. The actual item is fine for the price but the hassle of getting it was not worth it wasn't with me for the event I needed it for. When contacting the site they told me no cancellation is possible because the item was 'in transit' even though the tracking didn't update to tell me it was shipped until a week after they told me this. They also said having sales makes their shipping take longer which is nonsense since the sale is not real anyway just to trick people into thinking its a deal they are getting.
Ordered a warm nice Blazer and received a flimsy Blazer. I cannot believe . I paid so much money for this and it turned out to be a Temu product. How is this even allowed. Please avoid . How can I get my money back and report them.
STAY AWAY!!!!!I have just bought a coat from ZARRACHI, described as warm winter coat, I have received a flimsy jacket in a TEMU bag. I have Google the item and it is inded a TEMU item that worths less than half the price. Absolute SCAM of a company, please report to trading standards and Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), as the claim to be based in the Netherlands.
Well I must’ve read the UK reviews by mistake before ordering!!! If I’d seen these reviews I wouldn’t have gone near! Ordered and money taken 3 weeks ago! No acknowledgement of order since! Contacted customer service - no answer! Keep away from this company!
I wouldn't even give them one star tbh. Boots are disgustingly bad quality, plastic, took ages to arrive. Hannah (really? If she exists ...) sends useless email replies. Refund not possible as postage/customs etc would be ridiculous. Offered me 10% of cost of boots to keep them. Great. SCAMMERS .. AVOID!
