I have been registered with Zavo since 2024. I have earned more than £50,000 in revenue and have never had any problems. As usual, I wanted to make my withdrawals and received a message telling me that my withdrawal had been declined and to contact support. I contacted support and they told me to send documents (I sent all the documents from my secondary email address, but I didn't get a response, not even a message confirming that they had received the documents, and I am waiting for the funds to be returned to me because my customers have not disputed the payment. Please release the funds, thank you... My £2,463 is blocked.
Fraudulent business, collect the money but wont pay out, asking for information that they arent allowed due to data protection but still wont release the funds. Told me my account was under review and needed documentation theb when pointed out that they were not allowed said documentation my account was magically restored, until I took a payment that is and now they wont release the funds. Absolute theft DO NOT USE

Wont pay out when they say they will. We have been waiting for funds and been fobbed off time and time again. Sent them everything they wanted and then some and still been fobbed off. Sounds like they're spending the money they're collecting over giving it to the people who's money it is. FOS complaint and Money claim in bound.
Do not trust this company.I used the card machine for 1st time for £2500. I have had the funds frozen and no response from the team that deal with it. I am a solo trader that is in need of this money.I have sent them loads of information to prove that the transaction was legit. I suffer from stress alot and this is making me unwell
