Quick delivery, and the backpack seems to be of great quality. While travelling, two separate people told me the backpack seems great! It's sturdy but light, and feels very secure when you're out and about as the zippers all open towards your back. Would prefer if the water bottle pocket were on the other side of the bag instead of the closing side, however. The strap over the chest is important as it saves you from back pain (at least a lot longer than without it). A bit expensive for a backpack, but I feel that it's worth the money. Also, adding the strap on the font was a bit fiddly and took some patience.
I’m very satisfied with my ZEEKSACK bags. I’ve had the 30L Organizer for a while now, and I just added the 20L version plus the Foldable Travel Tote 20L. The quality and the design solutions are excellent — honestly, the best bags I’ve ever owned.I travel a lot for work, and the Organizer 30L has become a loyal and very practical companion. But I also need a 50–60L duffel‑type bag with me, so I’m hoping they’ll release something like a ‘Weekender 50L’ with wheels in the future.
The bag (20L) arrived quickly and was really good quality, just sadly too small - my mistake as I'd miscalculated how much I would need for a "just in case of bad weather" trip. A question to customer services about the customs label for returns was answered quickly, and the returns process was fine. I was able to track its arrival with UPS, and when I sent an email to confirm, Tobias in customer services responded straight away - the money was back on my card by the end of the day. Although I didn't keep this particular bag, very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely head straight to the Zeeksack website next time I am looking for a new bag!

I ordered the 15L underseat rucksack in green. It arrived within the expected timeframe, with good tracking information. The bag is lightweight but sturdy, feels good to wear and has a lot of space for its size. I initially struggled with rearranging the dividers, and depending on what you want to carry/access, you can fit more in without them. But they're definitely useful for separating stuff for easier access. The extra pockets here and there also absorb more than they appear to be able to. I ordered the extra straps and rain cover (free); the straps don't really fit well in the little ribbon loops on this bag, but I did manage to attach them and they'll be useful for carrying a coat or other items on the exterior. I'm looking forward to trying it out properly on my next weekend away.
I ordered the 15L backpack and was so impressed with the speed of delivery. The quality of the backpack surpassed my expectations and I love the practicality of the design and versatility of the inserts. Can't wait to use it on my travels.
This bag is seriously amazing. The quality is top shelf, as you would expect from a Nordic-made product, and it’s super spacious and allows you to organize your things well and as you like. Plenty of places to tuck things, and the laptop pocket is roomy as well. Everything fits excellently into place, and this thing carries a LOT. It’s the tardis of bags. I travel for work and I can fit a week’s worth of uniforms, electronics, clothes, and all the other misc things I need for the week easily into it. Can’t recommend or praise this bag enough - so much so that I’ll be buying some for my kids and husband, who also travel for work.
