Review Time
After using my Organizer bag frequently and heavily for a year and a half, every day for work and on several weekend trips, a zipper in the top compartment broke. Other than that it still looked almost new. E-mailed customer support and two days later I had a replacement bag in my hand! The bag is as good as it looks in the ads and I can’t stop recommending it to everyone. And customer support is stellar!
I bought these for my children before travelling through Italy - and they are perfect! So easy to pack and organise even for the kids! And there were no complaints about carrying them around - both kids found the zeeksack very comfortable to carry. We had a rupture on a side pocket (could be due to handling on an airplane) and when I contacted their support service they responded quickly and offered to send me a brand new sack!! Excellent service!! Can definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a smart, functional and comfortable way of travelling!
Just came back after a two weeks holiday and the backpack was everything it promised, and more. Light, comfortable, very spacious for its size - held everything I needed for the trip and even had room both for my iPad and my Kindle in the back pocket. I took seven different flights with four different airlines. None of them even glanced at my Zeeksack, no hassle at all. It is just a perfect, sleek backpack and I gush about it to everybody who wants to hear. My kids will get one each for Christmas. Easiest choice I have ever made.
Heavily marketed product that doesn't deliver enough. I bought it and not happy. Back side is designed poorly without consideration for air circulation. It's flat and makes you sweat a lot. It's made more like a bag for camera equipment with extra paddings (=extra weight) when it's not needed. Bottle compartment on one side is missing and should had been there too. Bag is quiet heavy on its own.
You said it was hand luggage. I'm on a ryanain plane now, and had to pay extra. Why? NEW UPDATED INFO:Zeeksack (answer under) offering to pay this is remarkable service. I did not keep the recipt but thats ok, its anyway superb service. I change this to 5 stars and also made my friend by one. The bag it self is perfect, just Ryanair thats sucks. ;) Thanx!
Honestly the best backpack I've ever had!I've been using the Organizer 30L för over a year now as a photographer and I usually carry around 15kg daily in the backpack. The zippers are still like new and would have given up on other brands. I have tried other brands like Thinktank and Manfrotto but they simply don't have the flexibility of usage as the Zeeksack. The Zeeksack is also half the price to the value for money is 10/10.
I have used the organizer for close to a year now and has great quality, no tear so far.You should be aware of the size, since the one of the pros - it keeps it form even if is not fully packed, can also be a con if you usually only pack a fraction. I.e. consider Seeker vs Organizer before buying when is comes to size and what you actually need.
Exactly as described & pictured. I am short with back problems, but pack is easy to wear and use as I can put heavy things high in the pack (instead of battering my lower back/hips), light without feeling cheap, and secure as there are no zippers I cannot check while wearing the pack on a crowded train.Good to know: At the time of my purchase there were no directions included on how to insert the dividers. It would be good if this was available on the website to continue sustainability while also providing tips for newbies.
