I ordered 2 pair of Louis Vuitton sneakers from them back in December. They use a tracking service who could be in cohoots with them. I did monthly payments. Showed shipped and the day it showed out for delivery it was delivered but upon research it was a scam. I called my bank and they refunded me the first payment. I let the second purchase be charged biweekly until paid in full. Just a lesson learned. I let them know you reap what you sow stealing from people. Of course, they never responded. Now the site is gone. I am sure they changed names and are back in business. Watch out for these sites with prices that are too good to be true with these phony stock photos. I decided to check the tracking on the second package just for the heck of it. Delivered to another major city 4 hours away. Karma doesn’t miss when you do others wrong.

WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE...As with all the below comments, after placing an order on 18th January 2026 via a link sent by my oldest daughter, we have not received the Prom dress and bridesmaid-type dress (both daughters 16 and 10 have prom this year). Today, I sent an email for a delivery update and receive a postmaster fail notification📧 I pressed the order status link and the page stated it was no longer available. Fortunately, any transactions I make abroad are paid via my credit card company💳 and usually, I do my research. They are able to review the transaction as a dispute and refund where necessary. This is not ideal, of course. A lesson learned for my oldest daughter (and me, as I will be checking the legitimacy of the links she sends). Now back to the drawing board😬
Scam on the ShopApp... I had ordered 2 gifts for someone and was tracking it through the shop app. It was stuck in China for a few days. Then, it stated it would be delivered on friday. Then, once I looked that it said it had been delivered. It was in St. Louis Missouri and I live in Columbus. Ohio, totally different states. I contacted them through email. They said they were looking to it. And do an investigation. I haven't heard back from them when I went to the website to look to see about contact them again. the website Is not longer there .
zelldress scam. They put in a fake tracking number then copy and paste the fake track # and delivery to a place in same state but 100 miles away. I followed this and saw what they did and then they took my order down but I kept a copy but they cannot be contacted or emailed now, they are slick and experienced at this. Not only that but the day they said they mailed package my credit card had 8 fraud charges one after the other in minutes and my bank (fraud service)contacted me and shut down the card but still took me for 180. These chi na people are wicked. We work hard while they, like leeches, steal our money every which way.
