No communication from the seller

I have been emailing the only contact provided by the company, but my messages keep bouncing back as undeliverable. I made my first order on 6/21/25, received it on 7/29/25, and was charged for a recurring order on 7/31. This is unacceptable. I sent six emails, all undeliverable. They leave no option but to file a claim with my credit provider.

Order placed months ago, no product received

I placed an order nearly six months ago and never received it. I contacted their support team multiple times, but each time I was told the issue was forwarded to the fulfillment team, with no follow-up or resolution. Eventually, I requested a refund, clearly stating I no longer wanted the item. They acknowledged my message but refused to process the refund. After researching, I found many similar complaints from other customers. This company appears to engage in dishonest practices. Avoid ordering; they take your money and disappear.

Do not buy this product

Do not buy this product, this is a scam , I ordered this on May 3th until now ( July 9th ) costume service refuse to do a refund because my product is “ in transit “

Worse customer service EVER!!

Worse customer service EVER!!! No address to return items, shipment took two weeks to get to me, the return policy is 14 days after you receive item, but no one response until weeks later so too late to return. I emailed over 10 times requestion a return address as the address my items came from said "Ronnie". Zendi is not a true company and I WOUND AVOID AT ALL COSTS ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Time Eraser does not work dont waste your money!

I purchased Time Eraser and used it for a few weeks and it made no difference it was a waste of money! they signed me up to a subscription that I did not authorise and then used my credit card details to send me a second order, when I contacted them they told me it was to late to stop the second order and I could return it within 30 days once it arrived, I then contacted them once I received it to return it they didnt respond for a number of weeks and then responded saying I could not return itDodgy business practices

Customer service non existent. If you want to cancel an order or make a return… not gonna happen!I emailed customer service to cancel my order not even 5 minutes after I placed it. Got a response a month later which was well after the package was delivered saying that I missed the timeframe to cancel the order. Been emailing back and forth to return the product and I keep getting responses that are clearly AI generated and am going nowhere with the process.

Zendi NO Customer Service

Placed my order with Zendi for the time eraser and within 5 minutes of placing the order, realised it was the wrong address and emailed them back right away with the correct one. They replied saying they appreciated the prompt correction. They still delivered to the wrong address. Must have sent them so many mail messages that i lost count. Same generic response, 'we can help, we are only an email away.'Now asking for a refundWill never order again

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not get tricked by them. I ordered some sandals from them. My sandals have yet to came back. I’ve reached out to eBay being that these people did not even provide me a tracking number. I’ve try reaching out to them. Nobody has responded so now I’m reaching out to my bank to council and report them as Fraud do not waste your time and this is in 2025 of April
