Review Time
Been trying to get in contact with customer service through email going back-and-forth since I ordered my product in April it is now June 20 and I still have not received a refund or the product they keep asking me the same thing over and over again about the correct billing address, which I sent over and over again I would never buy anything from this company. It has no one 800 number. It has no address just email. This is a horrible customer service horrible. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. And I’ll get to receive anything from them. All I get is emails saying we apologize for the inconvenience I’m over it.
Scam!! Order came but had leaked. I had paid for leak protection but all emails bounced and their site contact messages were left unanswered. The roller doesn’t roll and little comes out of the bottle. Total scam! I read for reviews but the negative ones weren’t online when I ordered.
Do not order from this companyI ordered and 5mins later tried to cancel after reading reviews....said I was to late it was already shippedLiesI received it weeks and weeks later rubbish quality.....they do not allow you to send back or get a refund
Total fraud. Don’t spend money In that company. Package never arrived, even though the parcel status when I track my order said it was complete. So disappointed, I had a bad feeling from the start, Completely waste of money, because you don’t get any thing…Money better spent in a wishing well.
I ordered from this scam firm. Received the usual it’s on its way and then received it had been delivered. It had not but they took my money. I have emailed them and have heard nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ANOTHER CHINESE SCAM BEWARE !!!!
