I and my husband have recently visited ZenSmileTown for some dental treatments. We were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance in ZenSmileTown is always inviting and comfortable.The entire team is so warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. Absolutely AMAZING!Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect—especially having dental work done in another country—but I have to say this has been an incredible experience from start to finish. It’s truly changed my life.I’d had a dental bridge for 25 years, which eventually failed. Back home in the UK, my dentist quoted a minimum of £20,000 for just 8 implants! The only alternative they offered was a denture. Thankfully, I came across Zen Smile on Instagram. I could actually see their work, which gave me confidence, so I reached out via WhatsApp. From there, everything just flowed.The communication was brilliant, their English is fantastic, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. My first visit was in March, and now in June—today—my treatment is complete. I’ve had 12 implants fitted and I absolutely LOVE them. More importantly… so does my wife! 😉Zen Smile exceeded all our expectations so much so that my wife has now booked into have implants too. All of the staff are genuinely welcoming, helpful, caring and very knowledgeable, they're ahead of our dental care in the UK that's for sure - their team of dentists amazed me as they are super on it and experienced - trust me when I say they know exactly what they're doing. Hi everyone I have been here to get my teeth fixed. It has been a fantastic service throughout. I first found them via Facebook then met with them at an open day in Glasgow. I had been looking to get implants done and went along to see them. Throughout my dental journey they have been by my side all the way. First class service. VIP transfers from airport to hotel and then from hotel to clinic and back to the hotel. The staff took extra care of me as I am nervous about dentists . We got taken to Zen through an excursion by the hotel. The service was exceptional from the moment we came in to the building. Staff were very friendly and it was very quick service. I had an x-Ray and a consultation very quickly and had price discussions shortly after. I was offered refreshments whilst waiting and the staff provided me with all the necessary information.
From start to finish they looked after me, there so courteous, I never thought service like I got from zensmile town was possible, the laughs we had each day through out my journey means that zensmiletown will always be probably a massive part of my life.
