Incredible value, repairs were only twenty pounds cheaper for my old one. Sturdy product wider than my old one. Husband says easy to assemble.
Delivery next day, though we stayed home, it was left in the rain and the email says delivered to pat, which it wasn’t. Why didn’t they knock or ring the bell ?
Brought my powered wheelchair ultra light instant fold in crimson red. It came without the battery charger rang customer service and they sent it the same day was delivered by the morning. Would recommend. Love my new wheels thank you.

I ordered a mobility scooter which was delivered overnight. Apart from it being delivered to the wrong house, all went well. I unpacked it and was very impressed with how it looked. I tried it out in the house and noticed that the right indicator was not working. I phoned the company who got back to me promptly after discussing with an engineer. They offered to fix it for me or a complete replacement. I didn't fancy getting a repair done on a brand new expensive item and they were fine with that. My new scooter was delivered the next morning and the faulty one was taken away. Each time I contacted them, each person I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. I now just need it to stop raining so that I can get out and about on it.
I spoke with a wonderful representative over the phone who successfully changed the delivery address to our daughter's. This wheelchair is for our granddaughter, who unfortunately experienced a cardiac arrest during PE at school and needs assistance. Thank you so much!
This wheelchair is exceptionally constructed. It's lightweight and fits easily in a compact car boot. I have a condition that affects both my hands, making them quite deformed, yet I found this wheelchair very simple to fold and unfold. I highly recommend it.
