Terrible communication and support

I have requested to return the item I purchased a month ago, but my request has been ignored. I have been consistently emailing to arrange the return, yet I have received no response. This is unprofessional, and customers have a right to return their items. Not only is this disrespectful, but it also contradicts the website description, which states that customers are entitled to return items they ordered.

This should be a minus rating not one star. My wife bought a pair of shoes, when they arrived they were nothing like they should be. Asked for return label they dont do that, they expect you to return item to china at your expense, even though bought in uk. Cost of postage was same as price of item (Approx).Offered partial refund but it has never materialised, all the excuses under the sun but no refund and this has been going on for months.Just a bunch of scammers. Dont buy from them, you have been warned.
