Do not use !

Do not use !! Have been waiting over 4 weeks for my refund. Been chasing constantly , they take days to reply with the same used template. Still waiting for my money back which I doubt they'll ever give.Also wanted £30+ to return to China.

Fraudsters

My order took weeks. When the trainers came they were nothing like the picture.They said I could have a 20,% refund. 6 weeks later I am still waitingAbsolute fraudsters They are not based in UK they are from China. Avoid at all costs

Scammers!

Scammers!Bought 2 pairs of branded trainers with discount. Chased them for almost 6 weeks. They sent me 4 non existent tracking number. When finally something arrived, nothing even remotely close to what it was supposed to be, wrong size, wrong everything. Tried to return, no info where to send and no replies. When tried to claim money through credit company, they contested and it is ongoing pain for a few months. Be aware! Scammers
