Les has helped me to make life changes that are suitable for my lifestyle as a busy hard working Dad of 3. He is very much on the ball through the whole process and an amazing supportive manner, very easy to talk to and more importantly is always reachable if you have questions regarding your diet or workout. He will make you feel accountable for your process but never in a bad way always a great supportive manner. I began with major imposter syndrome when I started my journey with Les. Could I actually change my body, I’m a busy mum with injury to deal with. Les has been amazing, literally transformative in how I approach my food and exercise. Everyone knows eat less, exercise more, but his programme is so much more. It’s not just about the personalised approach but the education, the balance, the support to regroup after slips! I’m nearly 10kg down after 12 weeks. I’m starting to get noticed by friends and colleagues for my efforts. I’ve got 10kg to go and I know Les is in my corner. 100% recommend. If I can do it anyone can!
