Zero if option. Customer service is terrible. First, I was told if it did not work, I could return. Then, I receive e-mail to send video. Lastly, my return request was cancelled. Still trying to get device to work. Do not buy. As strictly an online shopper for many years, this has been the worse experience dealing with any company or website. Also, can not speak to a live person.
Love the different programs on the app. My favorites are the Lips, Eyes, Founder's favorite and Instant Gratification. So easy to use, and my eyebrows are instantly lifted and my lips look instantly plumper. I didn't even purchase the product for my lips, but what a great bonus!
I was skeptical, but this device does help my mature 59 year old skin. I have been using Tretinoin for two years, red light mask for five months, and thought I'd try this after seeing positive reviews. This is not going to reverse years on mature skin, but it does provide a modest lift, and I am going to keep this in my daily skin routine.
