I received defective item

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING! YOU WILL THANK ME!I received defective item. I sent emails about this matter and my questions has been ignored. I followed instructions as stated but I was basically accused of using a different charger. Why would I use a different charger when this device came with its own charger. For this to cost almost 400.00 definitely wasnt worth the price. Update: The device did absolutely nothing for me. I've researched and found other brands with much less $$$ with wayyyy better reviews, and real people posting photos of before and after which were amazing. I don't mind spending $$$ but ZIIP definitely is NOT IT! DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY ZIIP! I am also annoyed by emails I have been getting from ZIIP asking me to change and update my review to 5 star review!!! Its funny how my emails and questions were ignored before but by them asking me to lie about the review is absolutely insane!
