Review Time
The product is awesome and I love it. The customer service is great if you ever need anything, I have a question or concern. I love my ziip and use it very regularly. I truly see a difference and the tightness in tone of my skin and will continue to use it.
i have made my order 5 days ago. Finally today I've got a message from fedex that the ziip will be delivered today. I waited in anticipation and was very excited. Unfortunately the driver sent me an email saying that i missed my delivery because i was not at the location. Obviously it was a lie, i was here all day and we also have onsite receptionist. I am very disappointed by this and although the ziip halo customer care was quick in their response, it was not able to help. They just confirmed what fedex said and confirmed that they would try redelivery in 2 days. I feel that companies should rely on reliable and serious delivery companies. Too often curriers pretend to deliver goods and then the delivery gets further delayed by days if not weeks, and in the meantime we get frustrated and upset and unheard, because all there is available to customers now a days are automated responses. I am tired of this and I think someone should be held responsible,I feel bullied by delivery companies. I would like to point out that under uk law the retailer is responsible for ensuring my order is delivered, even if the currier falsely claims to have attempted a delivery. This is a very expensive item and things should not be handled the way they have been, with carelessness and nobody taking accountability. So I am leaving a 2 star review.
ZIIP Halo’s customer service lives up to its products name: 1) The customer service response was so fast you might call it “zippy.” 2) The customer service team was heavenly in that they were in continuous contact with me and were able to reroute the delivery of my replacement as the ZIIP was a gift from my daughter and I was not the purchaser of record. Halos for the whole miracle-working team! Best customer service experience ever!
At first I had to get used to the sensation and routine of the ZIIP, but now that I’ve been using it for a while, I’m genuinely noticing gradual improvements in my skin. It looks a bit smoother, fresher, and more even. Nothing dramatic, but very real and encouraging results so far.
I purchased a Ziip Halo a few months ago and when it developed a problem I contacted Ziip to see how to proceed. Customer Services could not have been more helpful with their advice. As soon as I had posted my toner for return I was emailed to say that a brand new toner was on its way.I find the Ziip Halo toner a great product to use and cannot praise the company highly enough for their standard of customer service. This high standard is hugely appreciated.As the number of positive reviews show, Ziip has a well-earned reputation for high quality customer service.
