1-Star Review: ZIIP Halo – Chronic Defects & No Resolution (Avoid!)I purchased the ZIIP Halo with high hopes, but it has been nothing but frustration. This device has failed me four times in six months (January, June, and twice in July), with the same recurring defect: - During treatments (e.g., "Founder Favorite"), the "ziip" sound distorts and elongates at 1:16. - By 3:22, the device shuts off and reboots on its own—EVERY SIGLE TIME! I’ve contacted customer support SEVERAL TIMES already. Each time, they offer me a new device with EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE. After the fourth malfunction, I'm demanding a refund.**Why I DO NOT recommend this product:** 🔴 **Unreliable hardware/software** – Clearly a design flaw. 🔴 **Poor customer service** – No permanent solution or accountability. 🔴 **Wasted time and money** – $350+ for a device that barely works. Save yourself the hassle. Until ZIIP addresses these issues publicly, look elsewhere. I regret this purchase and will be disputing the charge with my bank if they don't return my money.
I had read a lot of good comments before I decided to purchase it. My first ZIIP halo broke down after 2 months. I asked about repair but was told that the warranty did not cover as I did not buy it from the official website. After second thought, i decided to give it another chance. So, there is my second device. I have tried it out for 7 months. Unfortunately, I have not seen any difference in my skin although I spend almost half an hour a day using it on my face. Quite disappointed. As I have spent a lot on it, I will continue to use it. But, to tell the truth, it doesn’t worth what what I paid.
Products are excellent and the company's service continues to exceed my expectations. I love to take advantage of flash sales like this one and know that I am using the highest quality products at a fair price. I love how my face looks now too.
